Manama, Oct. 11 (BNA): National Guard's Director of Staff, Major-General Shaikh Abdulaziz bin Saud Al Khalifa, has patronized the graduation of ceremony held in conclusion of one of the new recruits training sessions.
The ceremony began with the salute to the Director who then inspected the graduation lineup, followed by a recitation of verses from the Holy Quran.
The training commandant delivered a speech in which he commended the patronage of His Highness Lt-General Shaikh Mohammed bin Isa Al Khalifa the Commander of the National Guard for graduation of energetic recruits in possession of sound scientific knowledge.
The training course included practical and theoretical lessons by specialized drill instructors capable of preparation of efficient personnel to perform their duties in defending the homeland's territory and protecting its security, assets and the security of its citizens, he said.
The graduates presented the customary graduation parade, including marches, maneuvers and various formations that reflected their excellent quality training and military capabilities. The graduates took the military service oath and then chanted the National Guard's anthem.
The Staff Director distributed appreciation prizes and certificates to the high-achievers. He congratulated the graduates on their highly plausible appearance throughout the graduation ceremony.
